Water & wastewater management
Business planning, O&M training, tariff and pricing models, and operational digitisation for water and wastewater utilities.
Delivered for: HCWW affiliates (Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Hurghada, Matrouh, Sharm El Sheikh) under the GIZ-funded Nile Delta Water Management Programme; tariff reform for the Kurdistan Region of Iraq (VNG International / UNICEF).
02 — ENVIRONMENT
Environmental conservation & ESIA
Environmental and Social Impact Assessments, safeguard compliance and stakeholder engagement for donor-funded infrastructure.
Delivered for: Improved Water & Wastewater Services Programme II (IWSP II), Assiut & Minya — sub-consultant to Dorsch International under KfW/EIB/AFD financing.
03 — INFRASTRUCTURE
Infrastructure design & engineering support
Shop drawings, execution drawings, MEP quantity take-offs and design support for civil, structural and electromechanical works.
Delivered for: Kigali Centralised Sewerage System (Rwanda); pump station and pipeline works with Hassan Allam Construction in Egypt and Oman.
04 — INSTITUTIONS
Institutional capacity building & regulatory support
Business plans, SOPs, technical quality audits and organisational development for regulators and public agencies.
Delivered for: EWRA (Egyptian Water Regulatory Agency); UELDP technical quality audits, Qena & Sohag (World Bank PforR); institutional strengthening for NCPD (AICS / EU).
05 — DIGITAL
Digital transformation
Operational dashboards, process digitisation and enterprise systems for regulators and private clients.
Delivered for: EWRA — inventory, procurement and standards-management systems with live dashboards, plus HR and field-survey digitisation; Odoo ERP implementation for Perfect Spinning Co.
